1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hbji ("hbji", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the hbji website located at hbji.club, including all games, betting services, promotions, and related features made available through this site.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or participating in any game or wagering activity offered through hbji.club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

hbji reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility

Access to and use of hbji is subject to strict eligibility criteria. You must satisfy all of the following conditions before creating an account or engaging in any activity on the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hbji operates a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of hbji or any of its affiliated companies or partner providers.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false details during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must maintain only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

hbji reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any funds held in an ineligible account may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on hbji, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide a valid mobile number or email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.

KYC Verification

hbji operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal request is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

Account Responsibility

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement applicable to any given bonus is stated in the specific terms of that promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered at least thirty (30) times the bonus amount before a withdrawal request will be approved.

Bonus Abuse and Misuse

hbji takes bonus integrity seriously. The following actions constitute abuse of bonus offers and will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and potentially the suspension or closure of the account:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to systematically hedge bets or exploit low-risk wagering patterns to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash with minimal genuine play.
• Colluding with other players to distribute or pool bonus funds.
• Claiming a bonus in bad faith where there is no genuine intention to engage in normal wagering activity.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on hbji — including slots, live casino tables, crash titles, sports betting markets, and any other games or wagering products — are governed by their individual game rules as published within the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hbji and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, chip dumping, or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through collusion, sharing of account access, or coordinated play strategies designed to circumvent game mathematics.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbji, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure. hbji's total aggregate liability in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by the relevant player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hbji's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

hbji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, hbji will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected players via the platform or registered contact details. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which hbji operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through hbji's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of arbitration. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
